Added Sugar/Treats:: 0

Exercise:: 1.9 miles on the treadmill…had to do a quick run/walk this morning before work.

Pounds lost:: -5total for the week.

Woohoo. I feel pretty good. Brandon offered me pop and snacks tonight when I took him to the Soul Step Dance Studio thing where he got to show off some break dance moves. But I said no thank you, had a water and some veggie straws, that were actually good!

    Yay! I’ve been a slacker lately but the last few days I’ve been back on the healthy train. Keep up the good work!
